CHS Home Support Services has clinical expertise in home infusion pharmacy and nursing, as well as a strong history of excellent performance in distribution systems, patient education and training.

Our staff of pharmacists, nurses and trained support staff will coordinate your infusion therapy needs from the initiation of therapy until discharge.  Our expert home infusion nursing team will teach the patient and/or their care partners to safely administer the infusion therapy in their home.  At CHS HSS the patient is an integral member of the care delivery system.  We are committed to providing superior care and insuring that you are comfortable with administering the therapy.  Once the patient and/or care partner has achieved this goal, there is a pharmacist and nurse on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support you.

All medications are prepared in our state-of-the-art, USP 797 compliant pharmacy and delivered to your home by our trained patient service technicians.
