CHS Home Support Services is a division of Catholic Health Services of Long Island.  The company is a provider for the CHS hospital system and associated CHS entities, all Long Island and NYC hospitals, various community physician groups and healthcare organizations.  We service thousands of patients monthly for infusion, home medical equipment (HME) and respiratory therapy services.

CHS Home Support Services provides service to its patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.  We have an extensive On-Call system in place consisting of respiratory therapists, pharmacists, nurses and patient service technicians to insure that both our referral source and patients’ needs are met.
