CHS Home Support Services:

° Is one of the preferred providers for the CHS hospitals and entities on Long Island. The company services over 2000 patients monthly for infusion, HME and oxygen services.

° Provides respiratory therapy services and home medical equipment in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens. The home infusion therapy program services Nassau and Suffolk.

° Is accredited by the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).

° Provides service to its patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. We have an extensive On-Call system in place consisting of respiratory therapists, pharmacists, nurses and delivery personnel (“patient service technicians”) to insure that both our referral source and patients’ needs are met.

° As a company, has over 60 employees on staff. This includes 3 pharmacists, 3 pharmacy technicians and 2 clinical coordination nurses, numerous respiratory therapists, a community outreach team, and other professional and support staff. Combined, we represent over 70 years experience in the home care industry.

° Home medical division has an inventory of over 4400 pieces of equipment. Our warehouse stocks hundreds of items and others are easily available as special orders.
